Notice: North Dakota law limits daily storage charges for abandoned vehicles to fifty dollars per day for passenger vehicles, pickups, vans, or trucks weighing under 20,000 pounds. In short, even if you've paid for repairs, or purchased a vehicle at a dealership and left it for an extended period of time without prior arrangement, this will lead the dealership to consider your vehicle abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the dealership.
